Cancellation / Refund Policy

Customers may contact DHIVEEN NATURAL regarding cancellation, return or refund requests as soon as possible after placing an order. Requests are subject to the order status and the nature of the product.

Cancellation

If an order has not been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the customer should contact us for assistance.

Returns

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us with the order ID and relevant details as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs or other information to review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
